EP Thick Film Micaceous Iron Oxide 4253

High-grade, epoxy-resin-based 2-component thick-film coat containing corrosion-inhibiting micaceous iron oxide. Can be used as intermediate and topcoat. Especially suited to industrial spray application. Resistant to mechanical and chemical action in the course of normal stress and to a variety of greases, mineral and synthetic oils, as well as diluted acids, alkalis and various solvents. (It is essential that you refer to us about the certified oil types and chemicals; if need be, create test surfaces.) RICKERT EP Thick Film Micaceous Iron Oxide 4253 shows the usual chalking for epoxy-resin-based coatings exposed to weathering.

Designated use
Anticorrosive intermediate and topcoat for iron, steel and cast iron with increased quality demands on the coating structure. Allows thick-film application for economical use of operational hours.
