PU Thick Film Coat HS 6240 – highly chemical resistant –

High-grade, low-solvent (VOC approx. 300 – 320 g/l) 2-component PU thick-film topcoat with excellent properties and increased protection against acids, alkalis and solvents; especially suited to industrial spray application. Extremely weatherproof and resistant to mechanical action in the course of normal stress. Resistant to a variety of mineral and synthetic oils, as well as diluted acids, alkalis and various solvents (It is essential that you refer to us about the certified oil types and chemicals; if need be, create test surfaces).

Designated use
Thick-film topcoat for economical use of energy, material and operational hours. Primarily suited to the coating of iron, steel and cast iron with increased quality demands on the coating structure and its durability as well as on the resistance to oils, grease and various chemicals. The rapid drying time of PU Thick Film Coat HS 6240 – highly chemical resistant – enables a short length of cycle and permits high rates of production in the coating process
